Tomorrow our Colorado Gives Day campaign comes to a close. Thanks to everyone who has already scheduled your donation for tomorrow. And for those who have a box on your calendar to check, thank you in advance! We’re thrilled with the show of support we’ve seen so far.

Remember that this year your donation will go even further than before! Organizers have generously provided a matching incentive up to $1.5 million–but only on the ColoradoGives Day platform, so don’t miss your chance to double your impact.

Looking ahead to 2022, we’ve got a huge job ahead of us in 2022. Implementing the historic Build Back Better Plan once it’s finally passed by Congress, setting up Colorado’s new family leave and Colorado Option healthcare plans, confronting air pollution and climate change, defending reproductive rights, and continuing Colorado’s path of smart criminal justice reform. That’s just the start as we continue to build on the historic progress we’ve made in recent years in Colorado while defending our most important values.

With your help, we’re ready for whatever comes next. Let’s get to work! Here are a few more ways to make a difference for the week of December 6, 2021:

Film Screening: “Kiss The Ground” presented by 350 Colorado

Narrated by and featuring Woody Harrelson, Kiss the Ground is an inspiring and groundbreaking film that reveals the first viable solution to our climate crisis. Kiss the Ground reveals that, by regenerating the world’s soils, we can completely and rapidly stabilize Earth’s climate, restore lost ecosystems and create abundant food supplies. Using compelling graphics and visuals, along with striking NASA and NOAA footage, the film artfully illustrates how, by drawing down atmospheric carbon, soil is the missing piece of the climate puzzle. This movie is positioned to catalyze a movement to accomplish the impossible – to solve humanity’s greatest challenge, to balance the climate and secure our species future.

When: Wednesday, December 8 at 6:30pm
Where: Trident Booksellers and Cafe, 940 Pearl St., Boulder
