The currently raging QAnon unified field theory of crazy, which if you haven’t heard is a global cabal of wealthy elites to abduct children and variously abuse them sexually and/or obtain from their blood a wonder drug known as adrenochrome t0 stay forever young–look it up–has found a home in the Jefferson County, Colorado Republican Party:

They’re everywhere now, and we don’t mean “the pedophiles.” Believers in this unhinged and rapidly-spreading conspiracy theory staff the Republican Party at every level, and are Republican nominees for the Colorado legislature and for Congress in 2020.

Don’t take their beliefs seriously — but do beware of their increasingly mainstream political aspirations.

Their faith in Trump being able to do something is touching.

I suspect Trump will get around to Child Sex Trafficking shortly after he delivers on some other situations

— showing his tax returns (promised in 2015 "as soon as the audit is done");

— providing Melania's immigration story & papers (promised in 2016);

— passing the wonderful Republican health care programs that is going to be amazing, better care for less money, and you'll be able to keep your doctor (promised, and promised, and promised)

— creating 10 million jobs in his first term.

— implementing a $1 trillion infrastructure plan that will be revenue neutral

— proposing a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress

I started hearing about the pandemic of child sex trafficking over a week ago from the one, crazy-nutjob I keep on my FB feed as a canary in the coal mine.

That person also is deep into the Tea Party USA's demon-sex doctor video, which was censored from facebook so you can email to get a personal link to it.

Not to mention the shocking lack of demonstrations that failed to occur the same day a white kid was shot. Oh the hypocrisy!

It seems to me we are seeing the start of a full-court press of wacky shit trying to flood the zone, as Steve Bannon puts it.
