Keeping track of politics right now is a lot like trying to drink from a fire hose. Impeachment, Cory Gardner running away from accountability, the failed Republican recalls here in Colorado–and there’s an election a week from tomorrow!

This has been the busiest “off year” anybody in politics can remember, and it’s not over yet.

Action item #1 this week: help us get out the vote to pass Proposition CC. Every active voter in Colorado has a mail ballot that needs to be returned, and Colorado needs the breathing room afforded by Proposition CC to continue provide for basic needs like roads, education, and health care. Proposition CC doesn’t raise tax rates, and it doesn’t take anyone’s income tax refunds. In 2018, Colorado elected a progressive legislature to get things done–and Proposition CC is about getting things done.

If you’ve already returned your ballot, thanks very much! Visit YesonPropCC.com to get the latest on events and ways you can help volunteer in the home stretch. If you haven’t turned your ballot back in, make a plan to do it right now! Visit JustVoteColorado.org to find out where to turn mail ballots in as well as all your other voting options.

Thanks for your help passing this important measure to make like better in Colorado. Here are some more ways to make a difference for the week of October 28:
