Yesterday, another awesome crowd turned out in Denver’s Civic Center Park to demonstrate against the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The situation is Washington is getting worse with each passing day, and it is critical that no Supreme Court nomination be allowed to go forward as long as the president is under investigation for impeachable offenses. We know that Sen. Cory Gardner won’t lift a finger to intervene, and Colorado needs to know we can count on Sen. Michael Bennet to join with fellow Democratic Senators to stop this confirmation process until the Mueller investigation is over.
Action item #1 this week: call Sen. Bennet at 202-224-5852 and urge him to refuse to consider Brett Kavanaugh while Trump is under investigation for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Thanks once again for everything you do to help make these events, and the resistance against Trump and the far right from Denver to D.C., an historic success. Change is on the way! Here are more ways to take action for the week of August 27:
Amendment A Campaign Launch to Abolish Slavery!

Join us to make history as the 1st state in our country to remove the loophole in our Constitution that allows slavery and involuntary servitude to exist. This IS black history.
