    1. Bo-Bo’s deadbeat dad Stan Lane was a professional wrestler – her DNA almost commands she be the center of fake actions and drama. I’m not yet convinced this isn’t an arranged “war” between these two for publicity purposes.

  1. Aurora City Council exposes another racist- Steve Sundberg imitates various ethnic groups in ads for his business, doesn’t get why it’s offensive.

Before being elected to Aurora’s City Council, Steve Sundberg was filmed imitating Mexicans, Muslims and other groups as advertisements for his bar.

Once we were tipped off about the videos’ existence, we asked community members of color to weigh in:https://t.co/UlMP8yj05N

Meanwhile, Mayor Mike Coffman, feeling the sting of his 214 vote electoral margin ( elected on a 36% plurality) , is changing his tune about immigrants. At least, Mikey likes immigrants who have settled in Aurora for generations, have businesses, and vote.

.New immigrants, not so much. .Aurora’s deadly GEO  detention facility still houses thousands of immigrants indefinitely, in often-inhumane conditions.

Mikey has not weighed in on it.

    1. So kwtree, do have the same indictment for the First Lady with here “breakfast taco” remark? She exposed herself to be a racist and you said nothing.

      1. She was talking about a specific food that is a specialty of a region she was visiting. It’s pretty clear in context.

Unlike Sundberg, Biden used no harmful ethnic stereotypes to try to promote her business. And breakfast tacos are delicious.

      2. 1.  in the midst of a speech, Jill Biden says

Biden praised the UnidosUS president, Raul Yzaguirre, who “helped build this organization with the understanding that the diversity of this community, as distinct as the bodegas of the Bronx, as beautiful as the blossoms of Miami and as unique as the breakfast tacos here in San Antonio, is your strength.”

I’d argue that speaking in praise of Raul Yzaguirre and his understanding of diversity is a bit different than making a commercial pitch.

        2.  Biden, informed of some who were offended, apologized.  Any hint Steve Sundberg will do something similar?/p>

    2. "At least, Mikey likes immigrants who have settled in Aurora for generations, have businesses, and vote."

Actually, I think settling, having a business, and voting are optional — as long as they donate to Mike and NOT to others, he's probably just fine with them.

    1. Sniveling about the evils of government while collecting a taxpayer-funded paycheck is the closest thing to a “value” that knob has had for a long, long time. He’d assume the fetal position and whimper like a two-year-old with a skinned knee if he ever had to go back to working for a living.

  2. If the Ways & Means Committee releases Trump tax returns, Republicans are threatening retaliation.

So, in the interest of fair play, they should also release Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and George W. Bush's tax returns. Oh, wait a minute, those have already been made public.

I imagine that a GOP-led Ways & Means Committee will treat us to copies of Hunter Biden's tax returns at some point in the future. Which means that Jared and Ivanka's returns along with those of Ivanka's brothers should also be made public.

    1. Releasing Hunter Biden's returns would be a lawless action. Relevant committees can obtain and examine tax returns.  The law has an important limit:

any return or return information obtained by the Senate Finance Committee, House Ways and Means Committee, or Joint Committee on Taxation “may be submitted by the committee to the Senate or the House of Representatives, or to both.” It goes on to say that any return or return information obtained by another committee “may be submitted by the committee to the Senate or the House of Representatives, or to both, except that any return or return information which can be associated with, or otherwise identify, directly or indirectly, a particular taxpayer, shall be furnished to the Senate or the House of Representatives only when sitting in closed executive session unless such taxpayer otherwise consents in writing to such disclosure” (emphasis added).
