The 11th Circuit's beat-down of that trumpanzee district court judge who tried to stop the FBI from even reviewing documents taken from the trash palace pursuant to a legitimate search warrant is a damn good read. The court of appeals panel consisted of two FDFQ appointees and William Pryor. You read that correctly; Trump's lolyers garnered exactly zero support from a panel consisting of Trump appointees and William Fucking Pryor.
Happy Friday all. Take a moment to appreciate all the good things in life. And have a wonderful day.
And stay upwind of Trump. Never forget to stay upwind of Trump.
And in other news about crooks and liars, Alex Jones is trying to declare bankruptcy: https://www.nytimes.com/2022/12/02/us/politics/alex-jones-bankruptcy.html
The funny part of that move is that his assets aren't protected if the actions leading to his bankruptcy were willful and malicious.
There was a SCOTUS case awhile back holding that you've gotta intend injury for the "willful and malcious" exception to dischargeability to apply; intending the injurious act isn't enough. The shit ol' Jonesy engaged in to generate those adverse judgments Actually clears the bar, high though it is.
From the most local governments to the federal government, Democrats continue to show that we can actually govern while Republicans continue to do nothing more than throw temper tantrums.
Lauren Boebert will apparently become the lesser version of Joe Neguse, representing our region on the Republican Policy Committee.

Policy?
Apparently Republicans think they have or need it, and Boebert is one of the geniuses that can dispense it. Undoubtedly the result of EmptyG;s ascension at McCarthy's side.
