The 11th Circuit's beat-down of that trumpanzee district court judge who tried to stop the FBI from even reviewing documents taken from the trash palace pursuant to a legitimate search warrant is a damn good read. The court of appeals panel consisted of two FDFQ appointees and William Pryor. You read that correctly; Trump's lolyers garnered exactly zero support from a panel consisting of Trump appointees and William Fucking Pryor.

      1. There was a SCOTUS case awhile back holding that you've gotta intend injury for the "willful and malcious" exception to dischargeability to apply; intending the injurious act isn't enough. The shit ol' Jonesy engaged in to generate those adverse judgments Actually clears the bar, high though it is. 

  2. From the most local governments to the federal government, Democrats continue to show that we can actually govern while Republicans continue to do nothing more than throw temper tantrums.
