This morning, I didn’t get my newspaper AGAIN (second time this week and I don’t know how many times since we moved in March).
I called the number listed on the Post website for customer service: 303-832-3232 and got a message that the number had been disconnected.
Okay.
So I did a little more digging on the website and found the main number, 303-954-1010, and called it (main switchboard).
The switchboard is of course, closed, but there was an option to be directed to customer service, which I chose.
“I’m sorry, this option is not available, good-bye.”
Does this mean that the Post has now entirely gotten rid of its customer service staff?
