Organist from Deep Purple died last week.
He was also a composer of classical music, including this beautiful piece which I listened to every day in high school.
Although I think it would have been more proper if Deep Purple had dressed appropriately for the concerto. Or the orchestra.
Thanks for passing along the sad news, which I hadn’t heard. Good remembering Lord, though. I have Machine Head hard-wired into my neurons, at this point.
