I know Tracey. She is very smart. And, stupid to have done this.
I don’t know about the rest of the yayhoos on this site, but my sense of delight increases by the day.
FDFQ is going down. I am convinced it WILL happen.
The irony in the fact that an articulate, black woman may have placed “the straw that breaks the camels’ back” is too sweet to overstate.

Two things not emphasized enough, in my opinion.
1. "Deutsche Bank, one of the former president’s biggest lenders is cooperating with James’ office."

2. We don't know the details of Trump's loan agreements … but standard practice says a lender can act when there is a default … and "A default can also be declared in case of the borrower’s death or involvement in a criminal or civil case." The action can be a call for immediate repayment, a change in the length of the loan, or a change in interest rates — all justifiable based on the increased risks for the loan's principle.
…and let’s not forget that Justice Kennedy’s son was involved in the DB/FDFQ transactions and how that might have played a role in the seemingly early departure of Kennedy from SCOTUS. It’s how we ended up with Kavanaugh.
