That was our surprise honor this morning from the Washington Post’s Chris Cillizza:
Ever wonder who you should follow on Twitter if you care about politics in Indiana? Or Wyoming? Or Maine?
Us too! (Nerds unite!)
And so, with your help, we have compiled a list of the best political tweeters/tweeps in each state. It’s a combination of reporters, political operatives, partisans and just plain folks who use Twitter to keep their followers abreast of the latest developments in their state’s politics.
You can follow the whole list of “Best State-Based Political Tweeters” here–congratulations to much-deserving @lynn_bartels and @curtishubbard of the Denver newspaper for making the Washington Post’s list, as well as @smotus and @ProgressNowCO.
And of course, if you don’t already follow Colorado Pols on Twitter, click here, or plug the hash tag #COpols into your favorite Twitter software or Twitter search.
