  1. In the "What If" Department?

Former Trump attorney slams Habba after defamation verdict: ‘I would regret having her’   | The Hill

I seriously doubt anyone could have pulled the Donald's chestnuts out of the fire with this case, except maybe the Donald, so whether it was Tim Parlatore or Alina Habba, he was doomed to lose.

Besides, knowing Trump's penchant for physical appearance, Halibaba was nice to look at compared to Parlatore.

  2. Wackadoos with Guns Head for the Border. Mahablog.

President Eisenhower federalized the Arkansas Guard ito prevent Gov. Orval Faubus from using them to stop nine Black students from attending Little Rock High School in 1957, and he also deployed the 101st Airborne to Little Rock. In 1963 President Kennedy federalized the Alabama Guard to enable the integration of the University of Alabama. If that was legal, surely Biden’s federalizing the Texas and whatever else Guard is in Texas is also legal. Biden could order them to allow the feds to have access to the entire border and also keep the peace when the Meatballs for God show up in their trucks.

    1. This is why when the Second Civil War begins, it will not last for long.

Wackadoos with Guns is an accurate description of one side in the fight.

Unfortunately, our side (which I define as anyone to the left of Chris Christie) will be woefully outgunned – literally and figuratively – when the shooting starts.

  3. There are 1900 Texas Guard that are state only militia that cannot be federalized. Will be interesting to see if these troops will be shagged by two wheel Timmy CIC of Texas failed second fight agains the federal interlopers. What a clusterfrag.
