  4. Today’s breaking news out of Pyongyang on the Potomac:  Our dear leader, King Don Loon, will decide on attacking Iran “in the next two weeks.”  Stay tooned!

    (Why start that war, you ask?  I guess probably because the quickest and most obvious way to end those pesky civil rights and quash all your opponents in this country is to just roll out your bigly “New Golden Era” dictatorship and unilaterally declare martial law subject to wartime powers military rule?)

    1. It’s a squirrel, you know, distract a dog by yelling “Squirrel!” If people are glued to another made-for-TV war, maybe they’ll forget about the rest of what he’s screwing up.

  5. LA Dodger management to ICE:  “No warrant, No entry!”

    ICE Agents Tried to Raid Dodger Stadium and were Turned Away

    I’m not an attorney, but I suspect few judges would issue a warrant to ICE if their only justification was “‘cuz we want it”

    Apparently Kristi Noem, or perhaps the local ICE office took umbrage at this news:

    This incident arrives at a highly charged moment for the Dodgers, who had announced just 24 hours earlier that they would soon unveil plans to assist immigrant communities in Los Angeles.

      1. Kristi is so embarrassed that she's denying it was ICE! and even if it was her department, they "wernt doin' nuthin' "

        U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement posted on X that its agents were never there.

        Tricia McLaughlin, a spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security, said the agents were with Customs and Border Protection and that they were not trying to enter the stadium.

        “This had nothing to do with the Dodgers. (Customs and Border Protection) vehicles were in the stadium parking lot very briefly, unrelated to any operation or enforcement,” she said in an email.
