Ouch! Get well soon, In Denver Times:

The Governor’s Office released the following statement at 9:30am this morning.

Shortly after 6 a.m. this morning, Gov. Ritter was involved in a bicycle accident at 23rd Ave. and High St. in Denver. He is being treated at Denver Health Medical Center for several injuries. It appears he has multiple rib fractures on his right side.

The Governor rides with a group of friends two to three times a week, and this morning was with a group of four other riders when he and another rider collided. The Governor is in good spirits, laughing and joking with hospital staff and his wife Jeannie.

It’s probably for passing his idiot Tax on soda and candy along with other non-sensei-cal taxes. What comes around goes around Governor.

  1. …”My governor was in Argentina…” Or, DC instead of Albany.

    Early March, no less!

Poster-governor for a healthy Colorado, leading the nation!

  2. What do you want me to… “The Governor, while riding his bicycle this morning in northwest Denver came to a sudden arboreal stop?”

    1. would have come out against falling off your bicycle much sooner than March of an election year.

As a matter of fact, Andrew Romanoff thinks that God is punishing Governor Ritter for appointing Senator Bennet when he wasn’t entitled to be a senator.

      1. Obviously, AR would feel that the choice of falling off a bicycle or not falling off is a false dichotomy.  Don’t we have the option of jogging?
