This is a story that’s been unfolding most of the morning. First, a coalition of business groups released poll results showing that 58 percent of likely voters in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District oppose the Democratic health care reform plan.
Then I found that Rep. Betsy Markey is one of the targets in the U.S. Chamber’s $4 million to $10 million ad campaign against the Democratic reform bill.
None of this is surprising given the critical position Markey now occupies in the political universe.
