Bob Ewegen = Marilyn Musgrave

Okay, hear me out here people.

Ewegen’s last comment: Thu Nov 13, 2008 at 13:51:03 PM CST

Musgrave hasn’t been seen in weeks. Coincidence? I think not.

I’ve never seen them in the same place twice. Has anyone? Even if you have, it was likely a body double–purely to provide MusgravEwegen a proper alibi.

It’s fairly obvious to me that they are actually one in the same. Whether it stems from a deliberate conspiracy orchestrated by Marilyn/Bob, or some deep-seeded psychological trauma manifesting itself as a case of dissociative disorder, the shocking truth can now be known.

Prove me wrong, Bob.

Seriously though, we miss you.

      1. == is often used as a comparison operator in some languages

         IF(x==4) GO DO SOMETHING

        whereas = is used as an assignment

         x=y+4

        In languages that care, you can get some interesting results using the single = when you meant ==.

        But not all languages care, some interpret the single equals sign by the context in which it is used.

      1. Using those stupid cards writing FORTRAN where the statement had to start in column 7.

        Then those text terminals – how did we ever survive those.

        Now x86 assembly language, that I enjoyed. Figuring out how to order the instructions in an inner loop to avoid cache stalls – that was getting down on the metal.

        Then going to C, then C++, then Java, then C# – and no one has any idea anymore what is actually going on on the chip.

        These kids nowadays have it so easy 🙂

    1. somewhere near the Seychelles, on a Donzi, Bob with a tiparillo in one hand and a perfect Bombay Sapphire martini (neat) in the other.  Musty is in her favorite pastel sarong.  Today is calm in the lower 80’s, so it should be a good day for grouper and bonito, and Bain de Soleil Orange Gelee will do just fine, thank you…

      OH, back to work.

    1. I’ll bet he only endorsed Obama because he’d bought property in Galt’s Gulch before the election, and he wanted to see it go up in value.

      Very clever, Bob!
