The folks over at the SoS’s office have been working their backsides off this year. But it looks like it’s taking it’s toll.
The electronic Q4 filings were due two days ago but they aren’t all up yet it looks like. In Q3, they were up same day. Anyojne know the reason for the slowdown? What does that mean for the manual filings?

Looking in the reports after Sept. 2003. Some of them are visable there, but not yet up on the general report. I don’t know why this is, but it may help.
