Could the G.O.P. Beat Whitmer in Michigan? Party Chaos Has Hurt Its Chances. – The New York Times (nytimes.com)

Hogan slams ‘disgusting lies’ about 9/11 by Maryland GOP attorney general nominee (msn.com)
Seems not that long ago when the idea of a major party nominating a "Jet fuel can't melt steel beams" nut to run for statewide office would be considered at least a little horrifying. Now? No big.
Nor would we have ever expected to see the day when an incumbent president would muse out loud whether drinking bleach or sticking a UV light bulb up one's ass would kill a virus.
Chinese proverb: May you live in interesting times. Indeed.
Nor would we ever expect to see a former president (a member of a very exclusive club) publically and enthusiastically heckle/taunt/insult a sitting president about the sitting president's diagnosis of covid, a potentially lethal illness.
That's not a Chinese proverb. But it is a good curse.
Ms. Ganahl's pick for lieutenat governor has, at least ostensibly, admitted President Biden was legitimately elected in 2020 which brings us full circle back to and begs the question: What does she think about the 2020 election? Thus far, all she has said is President Biden is our president but she won't answer whether she thinks he was legitimately elected or the election was stolen. Does she agree with Mr. Moore or doesn't she. Inquiring minds want to know.
Stop with the divisive [devious] questions!
