Oh, Heidi

No candidate in Colorado can #FAIL quite like Republican gubernatorial candidate Hiedi Heidi Ganahl:

This Tweet has since been deleted. But for a brief time today, Ganahl was standing up for “ALL Coloradans” and all Michiganders, too.

On the bright side, at least she spelled her name right this time.

  1. Think how many eyes passed over this with no ability to spot the error. Not Save Heath Fredum, not Hiedy Gandal, not the RNC staff.

Not to be the reading gazpacho…

  2. The Michigan endorsement Stand for Health made in February was for someone named Garrett Soldano.  AFTER the 5 candidates were dropped from the ballot (for now) due to petition irregularities, a poll indicates levels of support three weeks out from the primary election:

a relatively unknown candidate, Allendale real estate agent Ryan Kelley, who was at the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, leads his party's primary race with 19-percent support.

He's followed by Kevin Rinke with 15 percent, Tudor Dixon with 9 percent, Garrett Soldano with 6 percent and Ralph Rebandt with 1 percent.

    1. I'm serious though. Every year we say "this is the worst campaign ever," but I think Hide-i 2022 could really be the worst campaign ever.

      1. well, it's up there for worst Colorado campaign.

But I'm not sure it is even the worst campaign of 2022.  The Georgia RWNJ running for Governor, with the RV emblazoned with

        • JESUS
        • GUNS
        • BABIES

is going to be in my memory for quite awhile.  She somehow got 3.4% of the Republican primary vote.  In a statement AFTER the primary, she said there must be a mistake, because she had more people registered as campaign volunteers than the number of votes she got — so she refused to concede.

  3. Only 23 more days of this stupidity and this shit.

Then the Wife Beater sends the Kennel Queen back to Camp Bow Wow.

My how far down the Party of Hank Brown, Bill Owens, Wayne Allard, Pete Coors, Both Ways Bob Beauprez and Shorter Coffman has fallen.

It's neck-and-neck between Heidi and Dan Maes for the title of worst GOP campaign yet.
