Lots of reasons why Prop 103 might fail tomorrow, and assigning a single factor to it would not be doing it justice.

…while I agree we need to increase revenue in Colorado, I opposed all of that increase going to education. Ther are a lot of other parts of government unfunded too.
I would have been okay with a portion dedicated to Ed, as long as the rest went to the general fund.
