  1. Miss Thing opened this morning's hearing with a hissy fit about South Carolina being short changed on federal funds under the ACA.

It's their own fault for refusing to expand Medicaid.

Maybe she should be running for governor instead of re-election so she could get some of those federal funds.

  2. Well, well, well.  Our own perennial candidate and occasional poster is running for District H of the RTD board, promising to operate it like a business.  I wonder if one of his great ideas to boost profits will be to replace all those inefficient buses with just a few cattle cars he might have available for rent!

  3. Chris Hayes on MSNBC last night  had a photo of Mike Lee and Blanche standing over the hapless octogenarian Chuck Grassley in close quarters.  These guys are unreal.

  4. The always-classy Governor Polis was sued by the Blake Street Tavern owner- then called him up to talk it out and see what compromises could be made.

Jared showed up to talk with folks angry about the fracking ballot issue / blue ribbon commission compromise; he even showed up in Fort Morgan to talk with yahoos that wanted to recall him over SB181, or whatever that was. He shows up. More than you can say about 90% of Republicans cough-Cory-cough.

  5. So I’m disturbed about the trump/police parade held in my hometown on Saturday night. Ok small town simpletons, please, Please PLease PLEAse PLEASe ~~~P L E A S E ~~~ tell me how and why you support this swamp creature. And if you say it’s about The Judges  … that’s a super poor argument, so…

  6. Now I hear there’s a trump rally in Gardner’s hometown this coming weekend. Might be a great time to plan/attend this so called rally. In this region, they do not expect one damn protestor!

    1. Does Paper Moon have outside seating, since I'm not dining indoors due to COVID? I'm semi-in-the-mood for a modest road trip. CPW Commission was to meet in November in Yuma. However, they will still be meeting virtually.

      1. I think they do CHB. I was on Main Street Yuma yesterday but don’t remember.  The owners are very progressive, I can’t imagine they don’t have an outdoor accommodation.
