  1. What's the over/under on the number of times white nationalist Stephen Miller read Andrew Stephens' Cornerstone Speech for inspiration before starting to write Trump's "racial healing" speech?

    1. Police unions are obstructing reform- that much is true. They will resist getting rid of qualified immunity, for example. But if the Supreme Court limits qualified immunity protection for police officers, it won’t matter what the unions think.

      But Caldara is, as usual, using this opportunity to go after all public sector unions- especially the dreaded teacher’s unions. Plenty of salt on this one.

      1. I had my salt shaker ready, alright. If he'd stuck to talking about cops, he'd have been right on. But you're right, Kwtree. He just had to drag teachers into it. When was the last time a bad teacher killed a kid? I'll wait…

        1. They’re working on it . . .

          I guess the former Colorado Springs resident forgot that II has been a big proponent in the push to allow armed teachers into the classrooms???

  2. …that thread where #CadetBoneSpurs declares he won't stop using the names of traitors who killed American soldiers in the name of slavery before they lost a war against America.

    <sigh>

    1. using the names of traitors who killed American soldiers in the name of slavery before they lost a war against America.

      You say that like its a bad thing….cheeky

      1. How about we kick it up a notch and make the anniversary of Robert E Lee's surrender at Appomattox on April 9, 1865 a federal holiday?

    1. I'm sensing a marketing niche for Confederate flag underwear — for all those who want to continue seeing the flag design AND get into a NASCAR event (or the others who are likely to follow suit).
