Will has just as much cash on hand,

And
Will raised more from individuals.

That's not half bad
The number of donors is very good. But not having more cash on hand than Shafroth is a big red flag. Did she spend a lot this Q? With Polis of course it doesn't really matter what he has in the bank. But for Joan and Will it does. $520k is only a bit more than two weeks of TV, and that's if they do nothing else.

Early and absentee voting has forced longer TV schedules so two weeks is not enough
I really want to see Jared's though, but I couldn't find it on the FEC site.

how do you spend this much money?
How do you spend $350,000 and not be on TV or sent out mail?

What the ....
She didn't spend $350k with no TV did she? That would mean she started the quarter with $620k. Is that right?

I hope her staff
is getting paid well.

How do you know
she hasn't mailed?

I got a nice mailer from her today
And from Obama and from Polis. Got what was basically a small book from Obama about a week ago.

Nothing from Clinton.

Buy now, air later
It is not uncommon for candidates to buy media time in advance (and lock in decent rates) but not air anything until the time your campaign has identified as strategic. This way, it is possible to get your pick of stations, times, programs, etc. There may or may not be many options the month or so before the primary.

I agree...
I am sure TV in the Denver market is big bucks unless she is just planning on Emily's List to put up another buy like they did for Peggy... we all know how well that went.
