Perlmutter Sitting on More Than $1 Million

by: Colorado Pols

Thu Jan 28, 2010 at 10:34:07 AM MST

The campaign for Democrat Rep. Ed Perlmutter announced yesterday that he raised $215,201 in Q4 and now has $1,045,319 cash on hand.

Since first elected in 2006, Perlmutter has regularly been one of the Colorado delegation's most prolific fundraisers and enters his second re-election campaign with more than a million dollars already in the bank.

Does Ed even need to show up
to win re-election?
Methinks not.

How much
did Frazier raise?

He's spending it as fast as he's raising it ...
Over $400,000 Raised To Date

4th quarter fundraising numbers show that Frazier raised over $215,000 ... $275,000 cash-on-hand

$217K & Change
Since Frazier entered the race he has raised more than the sitting congressman...but go ahead and ignore him...please

[ Parent ]
Those ARE good numbers.
And considering absolutely no one even knows he is even running for this seat, what is the genius doing with his money, pray tell? His burn rate is downright stunning.

Waiting for Andrew
Tick-tock.
Is the potato baked yet?

ITLDUSO
Honk hello when you see my license plate!

Perlutter sitting on more than $1 million.
What's Frazier sitting on, again?

Some pocket lint, a two-week-old grocery list and one of those pens that shows a naked lady when you turn it upside-down.

We'll miss you, Gabby.

It's too bad
Frazier is a smart thoughtful guy. It would be nice to have him in office somewhere. But this isn't the place.

He is in office somewhere.

Rep.Perlmutter is my congressman
Rep.Perlmutter is my congressman and a damn good one at that.

judge elected officials by their actions, not by their rhetoric

I like chair,,,,I like lamp....I like desk
WTF?

On what planet do you spend most of your time?-Barney Frank

I don't know a single person
who doesn't follow the name of Ed Perlmutter with the words, "outstanding Congressman".

We love you, Ed.

Buck Stops Here.

And there isn't a list of top Colorado Democrats
that doesn't include Perlmutter on it, perpetually in third place.

[ Parent ]
Who are the first two?
Ritter and Polis??  Not a list he wants to be on.

[ Parent ]
The first two
To take Ritter's place for governor, it was Salazar and Hickenlooper. For the Senate appointment it was Romanoff and Hickenlooper. To run for governor in 2006 it was Ritter and Hickenlooper. Polis doesn't show up on those lists yet.

[ Parent ]
So...
Add his name to the list of potential Job Jumpers?

Salazar: Attn Gen '02..US Senator'04..Left his seat for Sec. of Interior '08

Hickenlooper:  Mayor...wanted Gov in '06...wanted Senate appointment in '08...run for Gov in '10

Romanoff:  State Rep...Wanted  Senate appointment in '08...Challenge sitting Dem Senator for Senate in '10...Maybe run for Gov. in '10...Nope; stay in Challenge for Senate against fellow Dem.

[ Parent ]
Soon....
...you won't know a single person who hasn't heard his name followed by:
"Voted to kill businesses with Cap and Trade"
&
"Voted with Pelosi for the hugely unpopular Healthcare Bill; after she acknowledged it will cost him and others their seat"
Bye Bye Ed.

[ Parent ]
Don't flatter yourself Left in the Middle of the Road
I don't think the next congressman from the State of Colorado's Seventh District is real interested in what you band of misfits have to say.

Besides I am just an intern for Jonathan Coors; where is Ewegen these days?  I did notice that pols has been a little more militant left these days; did Pols pick him up?

[ Parent ]
You seem fascinated with Bob.
It's understandable, your little crush. Albeit creepy, but understandable. I dig Bob, too. Just not quite as obsessed with him as you are, you lone wolf, you.
