“Your Health, Your Congress, Your Voice” will be held from:

10 a.m. until noon on Sat. Oct. 17

at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The forum is free and open to the public, but seating is limited to the first 550 guests. Parking for the forum, which will be in Education Building 2 South, is available in the Georgetown and Julesburg visitor lots for $1.
