    1. You must respect our president, give deference to his mandate, respect the will of the people……and buy all that ugly Ivanka brand stuff in the clearance section at The Rack.

  1. Why does the Secretary of the Treasury nominee always have a shit-eating grin on his face?

He operated mortgage fraud foreclosure mills as head of a bank, he lied to the U.S. Senate, which is another legal violation, is another long-time Goldman-Sachs swamp dweller and was Trump's biggest campaign fundraiser.

Besides everything else, Mnuchin proves Trump never had the slightest urge to "drain the swamp" but knew his ignorant supporters like Andrew Carnegie would easily fall for just another lie from our nation's most incompetent and irrational president*.

  2. Will someone knock some heads on our side? Please?!?!?

Democrats are pushing back against the notion that President Donald Trump won the election because of his economic pitch to blue collar workers in the Rust Belt, a region that helped catapult him to the White House.

Trump stormed traditional Democratic enclaves armed with a populist, anti-trade message, successfully carrying many Midwest counties that voted for Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. In Wisconsin, for example, Trump succeeded in flipping 22 counties that voted for Obama.

On Thursday, at their annual retreat in Baltimore, House Democratic lawmakers insisted that the Trump campaign’s racist, xenophobic undertones did far more to bring voters to his side than his promises to boost the economy.

“Just dog whistle politics is what it was,” said Rep. Marcia Fudge (Ohio), whose district includes most of the black-majority areas near Cleveland and Akron.

The congresswoman dismissed criticisms that the Democrats’ messaging was out of tune as “overblown,” maintaining that Trump reached voters on “a very different level, an emotional level, a racial level, a fear level, an anger level.”

Dems are great at dissecting polls and drilling down to layers of data that ultimately show them nothing. (Looking at you, too, locals.)

Again, it's the comedians who point out the obvious, which, again, the Professional Left will manage to ignore:

Seth’s bottom line: Lots of people felt the “Bern” in 2016. No one had Pelosi Fever.

Z’s bottom line: Democrats are bumbling as Republicans continually fight and act and attack. Democrats dawdle and are poised to lose another generation of activists just as they did during Obama’s decent-but-should-have-been-profound 2 terms.

  3. From today's  The American Mirror Washington Post

Travel ban ruling: In court as on Twitter, Trump confronts evidence gap

Trump’s defiance might work well as political theater, and there’s no denying that it made for an effective presidential campaign. But as a legal strategy, it’s already hitting roadblocks.

Perhaps Cheetolini could borrow and perfect the Aussie's 'The Gap' theory while promoting the resurgence of the American coal industry – or any other argument that defies math.
