    1. One could argue that she participated in suborning perjury and that she should be criminally charged.  But that is unlikely to happen because prosecutors generally won't go after law enforcement or their own assistants, lab or otherwise.

  1. Not directly super-political, but this WaPo story suggests we're possibly facing future electricity shortages based on current trends. That includes energy sucks like crypto mining, tech use, and AI, but I'd have to believe population growth, regular business patterns, and personal use will also be factors. So, is it really the best idea to electrify everything (and I know there's really no free ride)? Pols might have to steer its massive traffic to off-peak hours.

  2. Just another example of the corrupting effect of being around Trump:

Navy demoted Ronny Jackson after probe into White House behavior

A Navy official confirmed that the service took unspecified action against Jackson in the wake of the 2021 inspector general’s report, which found that Jackson berated subordinates in the White House medical unit, “made sexual and denigrating statements” about a female subordinate, consumed alcohol inappropriately with subordinates and consumed the sleep drug Ambien while on duty as the president’s physician.

He was Obama’s White House physician first, then along came Trump and his circus.  The culture of entitlement and ruling by cruelty must be contagious.
