This will make Roger sad, but a lot of workers ( mostly women) in red and swing states happier, or at least more financially secure. Federal minimum wage is set to increase for the first time since 2009. Colorado's minimum wage will increase to $14.42 hour. Good luck renting an apartment in the Denver area on that income, but it will still make life easier for many.
Something Colorado can teach California.
This is a giant problem in Western Europe and most blue states here in the U.S. Progress requires not just funding things, but then implementing (building) them.

Reminds me of the Trump pictures, back in '17 I think, as he was going up the stairs to board Air Force 1 and nobody told him he had toilet paper stuck to a shoe sole.
