Who Will Win the Race for Secretary of State (8/12)

  • by: Colorado Pols
Jena Griswold, Pam Anderson

It’s poll time, Polsters.

This week we’re asking you to predict the outcome in the race for Secretary of State in 2022. Will incumbent Democrat Jena Griswold win re-election, or will Republican Pam Anderson find a way to finish in first place?

*As always in our completely non-scientific polls, we want to know what you THINK will happen — not what you want to happen or which candidate you personally support. If you were placing a sizable wager on the outcome of this race, which candidate would you choose?

  1. There's no reason whatsoever for Griswold to lose this one, but hey, there was no reason for Cary Kennedy to lose her 2010 state treasurer reelection bid either. My meager campaign contribution budget is going exclusively to Griswold and, in the hope of keeping my new congressional district blue, Brittany Petterson.

  2. Will all depend which way the wind blows on Election Day for all statewide positions except governor and senator. However, expect Polis to win easily and Bennet to post a solid victory – and hopefully the CO-7 and 8 races will get Dem turnout up and pull our statewide officeholders to victory.

question whether Griswold will run for governor or senator in 2026?
