the penalties for repeat offenders need to be stiffer, especially since one well known polster was banned for a most-likely accidental racist term as well as “outing.”

Assuming your comment was in earnest (I couldn’t find it as being anything but), I think you can see why it would be racist when used to describe Barack Obama.
That I think almost as little of people that throw the term ‘racist’ around inaccurately as I do people that are actually racist.

That said, there is no way that’s not a blatant, racist name to throw at any black man. It doesn’t belong here, or anywhere.
