All I want for Christmas is Trump in jail
Without fail
Trump in jail.
All I want for Christmas is Trump in jail
In the same cell with Roger Stone.
I keep reading stories about an impending civil war.
I am dubious. I think there will be some violence, but in order for it to spread nationwide and imperil the Union, it will take an intelligent, strong, leader.
The United Trumpian Army attacked the Capitol of the United States. They did not follow through. They did not finish the job. Their leader is an inept, craven, coward.
Donald Trump and the forces of Fascism will not succeed. I believe in the people of America. I believe they will turn out in Nov. 2022 and reject subversion. They will reject apartheid and the fascism needed to bring it about.
Vote Blue!! No Matter Who!!
"Their leader is an inept, craven, coward"
He definitely did not march down the street with his minions so "coward" is accurate. Maybe the bone spur was acting up again….
We are fortunate that he was inept. Had he actually planned this thing out earlier – like the day after the election or even sooner – instead of wasting his time with the flatulating Rudy Giuliani and the kraken Sidney Powell, and had he effectively lobbied the state legislatures and secretaries of state, this might have gone differently.
Craven, of course, is his middle name.
And remember, Trump stinks
“Never let yesterday use up too much of today.” Except for hate Trump.
Let me fix that for you pfruit:
Pfruit seriously is a master of projection on this site.
December 21, 1620 – Plymouth Colony: William Bradford and the Mayflower Pilgrims land on what is now known as Plymouth Rock in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
What a crappy season to land in New England.
They wanted to get there in time to watch the Patriots in the playoffs.
Truly.
Luckily the Wampanoag helped them, or I would not be here. The first mate of the Mayflower, John Clarke, was a direct ancestor… 8th or 9th grandfather as I recall the genealogy report.
Someday, I would like to visit eastern Kentucky and track down my native ancestors. The records are sketchy, but it would interesting to know.
Let’s do a road trip, Duke! Roots on dad’s side go back to Kentucky five generations ago. I’ve just discovered a branch that had a child named ‘Hemp’ Bowman. I’d like to find that tombstone (in the Clay County area)
According to my late mother, her forebears migrated into Kentucky from Virginia about the time of Daniel Boone. Some eventually moved up into southern Indiana. Sadly, my grandmother, who knew a ton, refused to write anything down and took the knowledge to her grave in 1968.
Fortunately, I have a retired 1st cousin in the greater Wash D.C. area who’s done a lot of research into our ancestry. Through the two volume set; Postal History of Indiana; I’ve found two 19th century local postmasters, in one of the correct towns, with one of the family names.
We came to Kentucky from Virginia as well. That side of our family wasn’t all that good at writing things down, either. My fourth great-grandfather Curtis Bowman married Abe Lincoln’s mom’s first cousin so that’s been a fun discovery and lots of interesting folks in the lineage of Peter Sparrow (including George Clooney and Tom Hanks). Three generations later they showed up in Lamar and one of the brothers (my great-grandfather) eventually came north to Yuma Counry, settling in a sod hut on the Arickaree River just below Beecher Islamd. I’ve become a bit of a genealogy junkie – just wish I had more time!
You will probably discover that Duke, CHB, and Bowman are cousins, and that you are all related to Joe Manchin.
All good except that bit about Manchin..that was mean.
Remember the old West Virginia state lines signage…
Welcome to West Virginia…2.4 million people…42 last names. Yeah …we're probably cousins.
🤣🤣🤣
You can probably get a photo of the marker and a location by spending some time on https://www.findagrave.com/, Michael. The more info you have the better luck you'll have searching. That way, you can know where you're going in advance of your visit.
Thx skinny!
It's a great resource for finding distant relatives and verifying family lore about where ancestors came from and where they ended up.
You are on, mister. I plan to visit my family in Eastern Ky. and northern Ga. in the spring. I could meet you there. My search will start in McKee, Ky., in Jackson county, near Berea.
It won't be before April, if nothing changes. Let's not forget.
I know Berea well – my good friend lives in a holler near Mount Vernon!
Maybe we can catch a show at Renfro Valley. I have a family graveyard two ridges over in Brush Creek, where my mom was born. I am looking forward to visiting there this coming spring.
Lukas Nelson played Renfro Valley pre-pandemic and before he got to be the star he is today.
Who’d have thunk? The *ussy grabber isn’t our Savior???
Trump tells Dallas megachurch: America 'needs a Savior right now' and 'it’s not me’
