  1. The stink may continue for the full time until the Inauguration. Which, when I did a cut and paste from a Countdown timer, was …

    29 days 00 hours 16 minutes 16 seconds

  2.

Pardongate 2.0: Prosecutors and Congress Investigated Clinton’s Pardons. The Same Should Happen to Dump.

The next Congress has an historic opportunity to implement such crucial reforms by passing the Protecting Our Democracy Act. The Act will serve as a powerful prophylactic to prevent future pardon abuses by (1) requiring disclosure of materials by the White House and DOJ relating to any self-serving pardons; (2) further clarifying that the federal bribery statutes prevent pardons in exchange for a bribe; and (3) codifying the constitutional prohibition on self-pardons.

If the Act were currently law, for example, President Trump and DOJ would be required to provide all materials to Congress relating to a pardon of President Trump’s family members or a pardon of anyone who obstructed Congress.

      1. @Harry: I have just three words for Dominion and Smartmatic…..

        Sue The Bastards   !!!!

Does anyone besides me remember, way back in time, when Maria Bartiromo was a respected journalist? No longer.

        1. "Maria Bartiromo"

I had to do a double take when I first saw that name. I was thinking of Maria Butina.

As the late Gilda Radner a/k/a Emily Latella used to say, "Never mind!"

  3. And Boom! the boom comes down on the trump campaign, and a whole host of shady characters:

Eric Coomer, security director at the Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems, said he wants his life back after being named in false charges as a key actor in “rigging” the election for President-elect Joe Biden. There has been no evidence that the election was rigged.

His lawsuit, filed Tuesday in district court in Denver County, Colorado, names the Trump campaign, lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, conservative columnist Michelle Malkin, the website Gateway Pundit, Colorado conservative activist Joseph Oltmann, and conservative media Newsmax and One America News Network.

    Doxxing:

Coomer told The Associated Press earlier this month that right-wing websites posted his photo, home address and details about his family. Death threats began almost immediately.

    1. Sidney Powell will find out that The Boom! is more powerful and more legal than The Kraken.

Didn't Patrick Neville reveal the home address of the reporter who did the recent piece in the Denver Post? If so, and the reporter gets threats, could defending a defamation/doxxing lawsuit be in Patrick's future?

  4. Let’s remember that we are dealing with a presidential madman solely because GOP senators refused to convict Trump during the impeachment trial.  Thanks, Gardner.
