    1. That’s correct! Details here courtesy of the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. There’s a link to the indictment at the bottom of the page.

Fortunately for the prosecution, rube gullibility is not an affirmative defense to Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud or Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering, else the government’s case wouldn’t stand a chance.

  1. When will Trump pardon Bannon – before or after his re-nomination speech? Or will he simply tell Barr to move to dismiss the indictment?

  2. In other delightful news, following remand from SCOTUS a federal judge has dismissed the Great Fat Fool's lawsuit against the Manhattan District Attorney, in which Fat Boy sought to preclude enforcement of the DA's subpoena for financial records.

  3. So.

Will someone with connections please tell Joe that he should do a train tour, a whistle stop campaign, like in the old days. Each community along the way can create their own safety protocols and Joe could cover a lot of ground in a format likely to generate a lot of press.

    And it might be fun.
