Two days before Sen. Michael Bennet’s big rally with President Barack Obama, the Denver Young Democrats will hold a “Senate candidate forum” with Bennet and primary opponent Andrew Romanoff moderated by Aaron Harber. If I’m not mistaken, this would be the first direct head-to-head debate in the Democratic Senate primary. It’s certainly the most important such matchup yet for either party, with caucuses just a month away.
According to the announcement, attendance is $15 donated to the Denver Young Dems. No word yet on the all-important format of the debate, has anybody heard? Will they engage directly or have rules to keep them from doing so?
And who do you think will win? Vote in the poll below.
