It's time to pack up and hit the road....

For those of you at the Pols event at Wynkoop, you know that I was considering a job offer that will take me away from the fine State of Colorado.

Much like the Flying Dog Brewery, I’m moving back east to take advantage of an opportunity.

Yesterday, I signed an offer letter to become the Senior Video Editor at the US Courts. I’ll be making videos, podcasts, mobile video and possibly iTunes movies on the Supreme Court, and many other things the US Courts does.

This wasn’t easy – but the head of the dept is a former MIlitary broadcaster, and it sounds like the US Courts is about to take a radical departure from the way most information is communicated from the High Court and other branches of the Judiciary.

And I can’t resist the challenge. So, Effective Feb 9th, I’ll be in the Heart of Darkness, turning out a nice way to explain why unlimited Corporate & Union money in elections is a good thing. Or, at least a thing the law allows.

I’ll be turning over both the Vets Court & TBI committee positions to a good friend who is also the Post Commander of VFW Post #1. I’m hoping to find some good Vet peer counselors for some OIF/OEF vets I’m mentoring.

But most of all, this is for Gecko, Libertad, GOPWarrior, OneBigRepublican and the rest of the Chickenhawk Goober Conservatives on this fine site:
