Despite the annual rumors, I really doubt Elway is ever running.
Besides, this video was made with the participation of the Governor’s office, so I would especially not think that it was intended as any sort of move in that direction.

But there are a few questions you’re not asking here.
1) Doe she want his personal life to be paraded in the papers all over again? His divorce was nasty IIRC.
2) Does he have the political knowledge it takes to be Governor? Where doe she stand on the issues?
3) Most importantly, does he even want to be Governor? He could have easily run in ’06, but he didn’t. I think he’s enjoying living off his millions, and he would be far more likely to become a coach in the NFL than Governor of Colorado.

Rumors about his alcohol abuse in restaurant circles is stammering. Abusing female customers, loud, unruly. Not the mark of a true champion.
He was actually removed from his own restaurant for drunken behavior. I can not imagine what Scott or I would have to do to get kicked out of our own restaurant!
