Apparently the Colorado Secretary of State operates a pretty useful public database of voter turnout information.
Check out ACE (Accountability in Colorado Elections) to dig down deeper into turnout data. How else would you figure out that 35% of all eligible Democrats in Custer County have already voted?

Can't remember, are counties also reporting numbers of ballots cast in early voting at polling place?
I'm pretty sure that's the case, or the SoS wouldn't offer this product:
List of people voted is a key to successful GOTV by the parties. It focuses the effort to get people out to the polls to those who really haven't voted yet.
