Being 100 miles from the Canadian border I have never trusted those bastards with their national healthcare and good manners. Minnesota hockey is better anyway.

I was going to make a sno-cone joke, but I feel too bad.
It almost sounds like, on this issue involving Obama, Hillary and John McC. passed the same exact sheet of talking points back and forth to each other.

According to the Harper government, the memo was “misleading” and the leaked story completely inaccurate. The memo “overstated” the position advocated by Obama’s advisor – apparently the advisor’s statement was that Obama would seek major revisions in NAFTA but not an all-out end to the treaty. The leak then compounded the error – it stated that the Obama campaign contacted the Canadian government, when in fact the government contacted Obama’s advisor, Goolsbee.
