Open Line Friday!

  • by: Colorado Pols

Some people drink Pepsi, Some people drink Coke

The wacky morning DJ says democracy’s a joke

He says now do you believe in the one big song?

He’s now accepting callers who would like to sing along

He says, do you believe in the one true edge?

By fastening your safety belts and stepping towards the ledge?

  1. You gotta love the Goog. Is there a particular reason they’re placing a reelection ad for South Carolina’s Lindsey Graham on CoPols? Maybe we’ll see an ad for Sweden’s socialist party next! Can wait!

  2. …in the election that won’t matter.

Florida primary 1/29 but the Dems won’t seat the delegates.

Nevertheless, John Edwards will get my vote. Just got my registration in the mail today.

    1. .

      go vote.

If folks are discouraged and stay home,

it multiplies the impact of your choices.

I have a feeling that the party will do SOMETHING as an olive branch.

    2.    You bet the media will be covering the event and that just might have an impact on how other states vote on 2/5.

As for your absentee ballot request form, make sure you request a ballot with really loose chads. 🙂

  3. when there is a “democracy ad” campaign pushing the Mountain Dew brand on the radio urging listeners to participate online in a multi-player game to design a new flavor of Mountain Dew.
