    In all fairness, if I were representing him, I would tell him to assert the privilege.

    By the way, in civil proceedings, the fact finder can draw adverse inferences from the invocation of the Fifth Amendment privilege.

      So, either Ivanka and Little Donnie have incredibly poor memories, or they gave AG James the goods she needs to take down Fat Donnie and the gang.
