Polsters, Assemble: Who Else is in this Photo?

Polsters, we need your help!

The photo below is from the Sept. 26 White House announcement in which President Trump announced Judge Amy Coney Barrett as his Supreme Court nominee. Senator Mike Lee (1) and Notre Dame President Fr. John Jenkins (2) are confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19, which means that many others near them on that day are at risk of contracting the virus.

    Where's Cory?

  2. Early Worm says:

I would say that McSally is between Sasse and Lee. McEnany, "lying Barbie," is in the third row behind Loeffler.

  3. RepealAndReplace says:

Is that Tom Cotton behind Blackburn and Fischer?

  4. Early Worm says:

Wow, Fr. Jenkins messed up bigly. Last month, after a surge of cases at Notre Dame, he threatened students with suspensions and conduct review hearing for violating their Covid protocols – e.g. large gatherings, gatherings without masks, personal contact (handshaking). I hope that physically, he is fine, but professionally, they run him out on a rail.

  5. DaftPunk says:

Looks like the supposedly smart Senator Sasse was in a prime position to pick up a snootful of SARS-CoV-2 with that mask hanging below his nose.  Hopefully Hawley has too.

  6. 2Jung2Die says:

Isn't that Larry David playing Bernie between Lee and Jenkins?

  7. kwtree says:

I think that’s Roy Blunt (R -MO) in the light blue suit two faces to the right of Loeffler. I think 2 to the right from Roy may be both-ways Lindsay Graham, looking down at his lap.

The guy with the heavy 5 o clock shadow, third row up, third from left, I think is Devin Nunes (R- CA).

This is a more comprehensive pictorial pdf. It’s a large file that will take some time to download:
