Or so says the US Chamber of Commerce. And this is the same CoC which refuses to release detailed financial data telling America who is really paying for it’s huge pre-election ad blitz.
We know they get large sums of donations from foreign interests, but we should trust them when they say they aren’t using that money for this campaign. Even if we accept this as true prima facie (which I don’t), since money is a fungible commodity then any money they receive from foreign sources frees other money to be used for this campaign. The net effect is exactly the same and is illegal!
Why does the US Chamber of Commerce and its tool Ken Buck hate American workers so much?

In addiiton to building major public projects, firms like CH2MHill outsource functions for corporations too.
You gotta get your facts right here boy. Offshoring and outsourcing are not the same thing.
Offshoring is a function of the free flow of the capital and labor markets. A job is moved outside the border of a sovereign state. Offshoring decisions are impacted by costs … smae as medical tourism which is set to thrive in the next decade.
grow a pair before you start calling anyone boy.
You’re the last one to be trying to educate anyone anywhere on any issue of substance.
off-shoring is a function of outsourcing. Privatizing public sector jobs is another function of outsourcing. Driving down wages across the board is yet another.
They are all anti-worker and hostile to the average American. But very beneficial to the ownership class you shill for.
You’re foolish. Many times firms offshore work, but maintain the workers on their payroll.
like the one I work for where they off-shore the work and lay off the American workers. Matter of fact, that is like every company I know that off-shores the work.
I think it sounds stupid to off-shore the work but keep the workers. Why on Earth would a company pay twice? Sounds like you’re the foolish one ‘tard.
So why do you and Buck and the US Chamber of Commerce hate American workers? Why are all of you supporting sending American jobs to India and China and other places with cheap labor?
The gaggle of mandates you’ve put on business have driven them, in part, to seek more efficient production.
You just can’t have it both ways … high wage jobs will be competitively sought by sovereign nations.
Yes you choose to support the failed public school system, more business mandates, etc…you’ve gotta find a balance man. Failure to do so will result in the GOP continuing to hammer you for raising taxes and regulating unemployment growth.
It must be hell inside your head trying to balance how government can take over the means of production while calling yourself a capitalist.
you show your ignorance.
So why do you and the Republicans hate American workers again? I believe that was the original question which you are desperately trying to avoid.
devalue my citizenship. Additionally they have provided cover to businesses such as restaurants and contractors to hire them …. thus taking jobs from citizens and creating poverty for American citizens.
why is that?
The government sending private jobs offshore or anywhere is simply the result of overreaching government controls.
Offshoring:
Offshoring describes the relocation by a company of a business process from one country to another-typically an operational process, such as manufacturing, or supporting processes, such as accounting.
Outsourcing:
outsourcing is often viewed as involving the contracting out of a business function – commonly one previously performed in-house – to an external provider.
It looks like Outsourcing doesn’t specify sending the jobs overseas but Offshoring does. Outsourcing is what a lot of companies do when they don’t have an internal IT so need to hire a company to take care of that process for them. Offshoring is when a company decides to close a plant in Michigan, fire all its American workers, move it to India and hire workers there.
and on-shore outsourcing is also a way for a company to keep down labor costs and for companies to bust unions. They can squeeze a lot more out of a contractor who has no long term viability (but may want some…) than an employee with legal protections.
Both are forms of anti-worker policy instituted by corporations to drive down their labor costs and weaken the strength of American unions specifically and workers more generally.
