    1. If their good lord were to return today, and ride down from the clouds on a billowy chariot into the halls of Congress, accompanied by all the heavenly hosts, singing, “Your Donnie Ttump is a false god, a fraud, a loser, an abomination before my eyes, and also guilty as heck. Anyone who fails to heed this message will burn for eternity.”

Lindsay and the pfruity FOX hoard here in MAGAmerica, would shrug, claim it’s all hearsay because the lord wasn’t there and only got that second hand, claim he was always a never-Ttumper, point out that he had been previously tried and convicted and really shouldn’t be trusted, that he kinda’ looks suspiciously like one of them terrorist Isis “Moslems,” that “Jesus” is obviously a Mexican name, and probably have him arrested and deported as an illegal immigrant? Believe me. Beelieve me.

      1. As usual, you raise good points.

The immigration law should exempt Jesus. I mean, he was never American, but in my heart I know he wants to be.

Where I come from , Jesus is the Lord. So is the Holy Ghost. There are three (only 3) manifestations – God, Jesus, Holy Ghost – and they are all God.

        1. That is how I learned it.

Then I learned that God is actually a bi-sexual, divorced black woman in Uganda who runs a small, handmade beadwork store…

          or anything else.

  1. Not Complicated

    Josh Marshall

At the risk of re-covering old ground, the gist of what we just heard was this: The President and his personal lawyer, in a purported effort to fight ‘corruption’, teamed up with the most corrupt figures in Ukraine to lead a campaign of vilification against the US Ambassador. All evidence suggests that their deal with this figures – Lutsenko, Shokin, et al. – was that they would get protection from the US (to stay in office, avoid prosecution, etc) in exchange for sweetheart business deals and agreement to intervene on the President’s side in the 2020 presidential election.

    1. Remember: The Ukraine Conspiracy of 2019 is the SAME thing as the Russia Conspiracy of 2016.

The Republican Party and Trump campaign coordinated with Russia's intervention in the US 2016 Elections. Trump is trying to get Russia off the hook by blaming Ukraine.

Trump, and the 3 Amigos plus the 2 Thumb-breakers had a deal with Petro Petroshenko to validate the Ukraine story and investigate Biden. When Petroshenko lost the 2019 election, they were caught flat-footed and scrambled to get connections to Volodymyr Zelensky.

Meanwhile,  Giuliani's other friend, Ukrainian-Russian oligarch Vasylovych Firtash sits in Austria after fleeing Ukraine when the Russia-aligned government fell in 2014.

Trump keeps working to give Ukraine back to the Russians. That says to me that the Russians must have some Kompromat on oligarch Trump.

      1. ^^this^^ (and thanks again for the reminder from unnamed recently about the change in the GOP platform in 2016 that was a precursor to this criminal activity)

      2. "Russians must have some Kompromat on oligarch Trump…….." In 2013, Eric Trump was publicly quoted saying "we get all the money we need from Russia.

Wonder what the amount of Russian loans is to the Trump Organization? $100 million? $200 million? More?

Pear or Moderatus: either of you guys got an idea of how much?

    1. Mr. Stone, 67, joins a notable list of former Trump aides convicted of lying to federal authorities. It includes Mr. Gates; Michael T. Flynn, the former national security adviser; Michael D. Cohen, the president’s longtime personal lawyer and fixer, and George Papadopoulos, a former Trump campaign aide. And his former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who was also Mr. Stone’s former partner in a political consulting firm, was convicted of a string of financial crimes and is serving a seven-and-a-half-year prison term.

One rotten Ttump spoils the whole barrel everyone it contacts . . .

      He’s like the greatest plague ever . . .

  2. Don't know how they did it, but the GOP managed. Somehow, some way, the guy who's suing an imaginary cow is not the biggest clown act among Republicans participating in the impeachment inquiry.

  3. Meh,

It’s only children, and old folks, and birds, and coral reefs, and sea life, and crops, and disease, and starvation, and malnutrition, and droughts, and flooding, and hurricanes, and wildfires . . .

Climate Change Is Already Hurting Kids’s Health

As cholera, dengue, and malaria spread, that will only get worse.

. . . but thankfully, at least, it’s not “existential”!

  4. Hmmm. Me thinks this is curious timing?  I’m guessing the Whitest House thinks the impeachment hearings aren’t going so well and it’s time for the next round of attempted bribery…

    1. Hey…farmers gotta eat while they are going through bankruptcy.😋

Well…small farmers, anyway. I understand there aren't many of them left. Most of the money goes to corporate farmers like Cargill, Con-Agra, and the like, as I understand it.
