“I’ve come to learn there is a virtuous cycle to transparency and a very vicious cycle of obfuscation.”

Stumped by the assignment, Trump gets help from his classmates
No wonder he was stumped. It's an American government class.
Gawd I hope this isn't my, My Pet Goat moment.
"Teacher, why do I have to sit by this creepy orange guy? He scares me!" The body language of the boy at the table is revealing.
And the girls are like, "Just keep coloring – maybe he'll go away." Contrast that with how kids loved Obama.
So if you're already absolutely corrupt, what do you do with absolute power? One guess — ensure your own destruction.
Need I mention the obvious?
Trump stinks!
Great God Almighty.
Trump stinks!
Those poor kids in that pic are learning that first-hand.
Denver dodged a bullet recently, and The Denver Post didn't even notice.
Fortunately, Denverite.com had a reporter following the story. Turns out that if oil approaches $100/barrel again, then Stapleton businesses and homeowners better get their torches and pitchforks ready to do battle with the Oily Boys.
Oh, goodie. Drilling near the arsenal, where the government made nukes. What could go wrong?
Well, if it's any comfort, the Arsenal only made chemical weapons — mustard gas, napalm, sarin gas, etc.
You're thinking of Rocky Flats a little bit to the west in Arvada, where they manufactured plutonium triggers for hydrogen bombs. They only want to allow kids to wander around on those former superfund grounds.
Davie's right, Gertie, no nukes, just all kinds of toxic chemicals that were pumped into deep wells. Slant-drilling the site would pose a pretty high risk of crossing paths with some of those disposal wells and possibly releasing what was originally pumped into them.
RMA is how we knew frackquakes were a thing when the O&G people were swearing up and down that they weren't
Denverite’s good stuff. It’s in my emailbox every morning and worth the five minutes it takes to skim it. https://denverite.com/
Any chance we can use Moderatus as the canary in the toxic chemical drilling site? He is all for drilling and pumping. (And I don't mean "pumping" as in what leads the depletion of his box of Kleenexes.)
There is no drilling plan that, for sheer stupidity, outdoes the " Rulison Nuclear Blast Zone" plan, in which the COGCC allowed a company from Texas to drill ever closer to the derelict, radioactive, underground chamber left by the atomic bomb that was detonated underground, just outside Parachute, CO in 1969.
After flaring off some 800 million cubic feet of radioactive natural gas, they gave up and closed it in, only to allow drilling there years later…even to the point of moving inside the exclusion zones established by the DOE.
The people who profit, don't live there.
Wow. Didn't know about that. Is there drilling around the radioactive area now?
I see that there were earthquakes Friday in that area. That can’t be good. https://www.vaildaily.com/news/4-3-magnitude-earthquake-in-parachute-felt-in-eagle-county/
Ladies and gentlemen, the Pecker art gallery: (many people say it’s the best gallery. Many people)
Ya think?!?!?

Thoughts and prayers, please…….

Negev should be weighing in any minute now about how if everyone at the bar/tournament had been carrying concealed, it would have been so much safer.
We libtards just don't understand the necessities of a well-armed (and profitable for gun industry) society.
If Republicans keep the Senate, we're headed for a society in which every public venue will require a full body scan and background check prior to entry. I wonder if that will fit the gunhead's vision of the full exercise of the 2nd amendment.
The body count was only in single digits …. not enough to draw Negev's attention.
