The Saddest Tweet of the 2018 Primary

We just want to draw your attention to this Tweet from Brian Watson, one of three Republicans seeking the GOP nomination for State Treasurer:

Watson might very well win the Republican nomination for State Treasurer. We’re almost cheering for him because this image is so depressing.

      1. What's sad about the tweet?

Now, now, boys. Let's not get nasty here. I went to last year's Summit. Had a good conversation with Victor Mitchell and talked with Doug Robinson’s people. Attended a couple sessions (not Jeff!!) on public lands. The anti-federal land attendees in one session did not like my advocacy for keeping national monuments as is.

Jeff Hunt, the organizer, had a brain fart this year. He listed morning and afternoon speakers, but did not give the topics they would speak on. Doesn't really matter anyway as I'm pre-booked with other stuff this weekend.

I assume, R & R, that the place will be de-contaminated and concrete removed in time for the summer Outdoor Retailer show next month. Utah's loss continues to be Colorado's gain. Again, thanks to John Hickenlooper, Cory Gardner, Michael Bennet, for their work bringing the O.R. show here.

    1. Brian does a lot of popular community events in Aurora.  And those events have a very good looking staff running them.  So it would not surprise me if he had some very attractive volunteers ready to go if he needed help at event.
