AZ Republicans not interested in changing territorial law. Too soon they say it's like how after the Colombine Massacre we were too emotional and need another 20 years of shootings to cool off.
Oh and the Juice is dead
Any truth to the rumor that DJT will be giving the eulogy at OJ Simpson's funeral?
If he doesn’t, then a lot of MAGA folk will never believe that OJ is dead. They’ll believe he is with JFK, Jr. and Elvis waiting for the signal for their returns.
Fine (snark) inquiry, Lauren…..
I'm wondering if Trump offered burial at Trump National Golf Club [& Cemetary] Bedminster.
Burying him there would be a money-making opportunity.
Folks who still love and think that he was framed would pay money to visit and be photographed at his grave.
People who hate and think he literally got away with murders would pay money to visit and spit on his grave.
Eric Coomer's defamation case against Trump, Sidney Powell, Joe Oltmann, and others can go forward: https://www.courts.state.co.us/Courts/Court_of_Appeals/Opinion/2024/22CA0843-PD.pdf
"We conclude that Coomer has met his burden with respect to his claims for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Considering each defendant’s statements separately, we conclude that each defendant made statements that could reasonably be understood to communicate that (1) Coomer asserted on a conference call that he had made sure President Trump was not going to win the election, and (2) Coomer in fact took steps to interfere with the election. We further conclude that Coomer has presented sufficient evidence at this preliminary stage to establish a reasonable likelihood of showing that those statements were false and that defendants made them with actual malice — that is, with knowledge they were false or with reckless disregard for their truth."
The court did order the dismissal of the civil conspiracy claim, but the defamation claim was always the key, and stronger claim. There are some other issues revolved in the 119-page opinion, but the main takeaway is the defamation case goes forward.
I hope Eric Coomer gets justice. Magats have no problem ruining the life of a complete stranger in pursuit of their idiotic goals. It's sick.
Sick indeed.
Cool cool, ol' Lynchburg Lynch qualified for the CD4 ballot by petitioning. 4 candidates have qualified for the ballot, 4 more could still get on.
