What’s it say about the McInnis campaign when the person who has decided not to run brings in more money.

From the McInnis campaign we have:

GOP gubernatorial candidate Scott McInnis raised more than $487,000 in the final three months of 2009, bringing their overall fundraising total to more than $1 million, the campaign said in a release.

So Ritter out-raised McInnis by 17%. Wasn’t McInnis outraising Penry by that amount the reason the GOP told Penry to drop out?
