Well, if you had to deal with the stinking mess left by Obama there is no way not to get the smell off.

After 8 years in the White House, President Barack Obama left the office with a growing U.S.economy, a relatively peaceful world, and a sane foreign policy in place to deal with it…no thanks to the complete obstruction by the Republican Party.

I thought the same about Trump nominees Pear. Gorsuch looks like another Manchurian candidate with an agenda to destroy our judicial branch of government and it's counter balance to the executive. The stench of a hyper-partisan Supreme Court judge with an activist agenda to change laws instead of interpret them will be a foul, farty wind for years to come.
I think Gorsuch would turn out OK. I base that on over 200 of his legal colleagues in this state; from across the political spectrum; endorsing his candidacy. I think his grasp of the Constitution is better than Scalia's grasp. Scalia clouded his perception with thinly veiled partisan politics.
