Brownback To Drop Out; Both Supporters Saddened

  • by: Colorado Pols

Republican Sen. Sam Brownback will soon drop out of the running for President, according to The Associated Press:

Trouble raising money was a main reason for his decision, said one person close to Brownback, who requested anonymity because the candidate had not yet announced his plans.

Brownback, a lesser-known conservative contender, is expected announce his withdrawal in Topeka, Kan.

The senator is widely expected to seek the Kansas governor’s office in 2010, when his term-his second-expires. He had promised in his first Senate campaign to serve no more than two terms.

“because our Loving Savior has promised us when He returns He will kill all the wicked, raise them from the dead and then have them toss into Hell for all eternity. Since there is no second place in salvation Mormons, Pentecostals and the like could just as well run naked threw the streets raping and killing people like Atheists do for all the good going to their false churches do.

“It is a pity that all these people can’t see Jesus loves each and every one of them and thinks they are special. But I suppose these sinners just hate Christ and want to see Him cry when He has to order the dumped into the Lake of Fire like so much human landfill. It is sad really.”

    1. is that this guy is real. My brother’s best friend was a lot like this. Wanted us to go to war with Mexico so that he could get practice.  Of course, when Iraq I occurred and he got back, he quit the military quickly. That guy reminds me a lot of your blog.

    2. Sorry, but people who run for president can’t have that stuff on their site.  Couple this with his subtle distribution of anti-mormon material and it became pretty clear that he would only be president for a few select Americans.

  2. as there is no better humor than Blogs4Brownback…

“You’re right Psychout, we need to wait until Sam says what he must do. But still I have been praying all morning Jesus won’t let the Republicans betray Sam. The nation needs him! I urge all you Christians out there to add your prayers that Christ will help Sam in this moment of crises and that He will smite those wicked men who would stop Sam from becoming President. We’ll settle if Jesus puts those RHINOs into comas, just as long as they are to incapacitated to do anymore harm and if they are in a coma they have a chance to repent.”

  3.   N.Y. already has a Right-to-Life Party.  Maybe he just needs to get one started in the other 49 states, and ride that vehicle to the White House.

    1.   I saw him speak at dedication of Sand Creek Massacre Memorial–he came across extremely sincere in apologizing to Native peoples for white atrocities.  (Musgrave also spoke and was similarly apologetic and urging healing.)

There seems to be a thread of concern for indigenous peoples.

  4. “Right now, RINOs, Helioleftists, and various other atheist moonbat treefrog America-haters are spreading rumors that Brownback is withdrawing from the GOP race today.  I have one thing to say to these people- So what?

“The GOP in its current form has become infected with people like Giuliani, who’d rather talk to his latest harlot on the telephone than talk to a roomful of veterans; McCain, whose only contribution to this campaign has been sucking airtime away from valid candidates; Romney, who wears magical underpants and worships a phony deity masqueraded as Our Lord; and Huckabee, who talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk.  Brownback is better off as a write-in candidate, if it comes to that, than he is competing for the nomination with this assortment of closeted Democrats and flagrant heathens.”

  5. Wow.  All those Brownback supporters berating Mormons and Pentacostals should read their history books.  Only a few decades back, the Catholics would have been included on the hit list along with Mormons and Pentacostals.  Sam Brownback has been a Catholic since 2002.  I guess funny underwear is worse than funny hats these days.
