Until my usual $2 parking spot went up to $30 today.
I’m hoping to go to a playoff game should they win today. Think I’ll take the light rail if I can make it happen.

Or, at least I think it was Atkins, the homerun that was ruled a double. We got it back though as there will certainly be controversy about Holliday’s score at the end.

A three-run come-from-behind in 13 innings in a tie-breaking game for the wildcard berth in one of the winningest comeback streaks in recent history… That’s gotta count for something.
I couldn’t watch – I was driving home through the mountains. I picked up the early-inning Rockies pitching breakdown at the gas station and cringed – can’t believe they pulled it out, but congrats are in order.
Got tickets (plane and game) for Saturday’s game. Not cheap, but worth it.

Couldn’t they have waited a week to play the Phillies? I’d be in the Philly area and might be willing to detour.
That’s a tough one though – I grew up some part of my life as a Phillies fan and attended one of their ’80 World Series games – still have the hat and program to prove it, too.
