Bush punts on Global Warming

In addition to leaving the mess of his dirty little war to his successor, President “Childrens Do” Bush has punted on global warming, refusing to join with most other nations and now calling for vague ‘long term’ goals.

Since his tenure in office, house prices have fallen more than any time since the Great Depression, the American Dollar is as weak as its been in 30 years,  our reputation is trashed around the world, the largest government bureaucracy in U.S. history has been created, which fails to meet either its own goals or provide an honest and accurate accounting of how it spends our money. 

Oh, I could go on.  Stealing the elections(s), trampling on civil liberties, awarding medals to every incompetent in his administration, failing to capture (or even care any more about) OBL, pushing energy drilling over every other use on our public lands, awarding massive no-bid contracts to well-connected Republican donors, refusing to fully investigate his buddies at Enron, letting his K Street buddies rape the US Treasury…

And on and on.  But I’ll cut it short there.  Still, leaving our biggest challenges to a future administration is a gross failure of leadership.  Can I have my country back now please?
